oatmeal yogurt muffins
A yummy breakfast treat. I have made these with dried cherries, dried strawberries, and dried cranberries. Never mixing them.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla flavored
- 1 cup dried cherries, strawberries or cranberries
How To Make oatmeal yogurt muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 2In a large bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Step 3In a bowl, whisk together the canola oil, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt.

Step 4Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.

Step 5Fold in 1 cup of dried berries.

Step 6Place batter in muffin cups, filling until almost full.

Step 7Bake for 15-18 minutes until tops are brown.

Step 8Let cool for 10 minutes before placing on wire rack to cool.
