~ my tasty tuna melts ~
These yummy melts make for a quick and tasty lunch. I used Havarti cheese, but any great melting cheese would work. A slice of fresh home grown tomato will put them over the top! Enjoy!

Step 2Cut muffins in half, horizontally - lay out cut side up on broiler pan. Using my small cookie scoop, I added 2 scoops per muffin half. Spread evenly.
-
Step 3Top each with a slice of tomato, about the size of the muffin. Salt and pepper if desire.
-
Step 4Lay a piece of cheese over each slice of tomato. Place under broiler and broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
