My hubby tries to buy us healthy foods, for what ever reason he though Farina would make a hit in our house, needless to say it did not, rather than wasting it I found a muffin recipe using farina.

How to Make Muffins


  1. Pre heat over 400 degrees, line a muffin pan with paper baking cups spray them with pam
  2. In large bowl, combine flour, farina, sugar, baking powder, and salt, mix, Add milk, oil, and egg, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Fill prepared muffin cups 1/2 way, add choco chips to 6 of them and strawberries to the remaining 6, fill to the top, adding a few chips or strawberries on top.
  4. Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until muffins are light golden brown.
