- 1 cup self rising corn meal
- 2 - eggs,beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8oz cans can creamed corn
- 1 pinch sugar

Step 1mix all ingredients together, mix well. pour into muffin tins(greased) Bake for 25 min. @ 350
