How To Make morning glory muffins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Add fruit and nuts and stir well. Add eggs, oil, vanilla and stir only until combined.
Spoon batter into greased cupcake tins or papers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Muffins should "ripen" for 24 hours to attain maximum flavor.
