I made this recipe so much and love it every time. It makes 40 muffins and I freeze them. I have used this recipe for 20 yrs and it is delicious.

    ap flour

    baking soda

    pecans, in pieces
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 4 c
    grated carrots
  • 6 large
  • 2 c
    veg. oil
  • 2
    apples, grated
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp

How to Make Morning Glory Muffins


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Put in paper-lined muffin tins.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
