Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon soda (dissolved in 1tbs. of warm water)
- 1 cup mashed banana's (old banana's are best)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking poweder
- ICING (THE ICING IS NOT NECESSARY, GREAT WITHOUT)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make momma linda’s banana muffins

Step 1Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg, vanilla, soda water, and bananas. Beat until blended.

Step 2In a separate bowl sift flour salt and baking powder. Fold flour mixture in with wet mixture, and mix until smooth.

Step 3Scoop into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20min.
