Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 3/4 cup vanilla, maple or plain yogure
- 1/2 cup dark molasses
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
How To Make molasses spice muffins

Step 1Beat eggs until fluffy with softened butter. Stir in yogurt, vanilla and honey. In another bowl, combine flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Stir until no streaks remain. Gradually stir in dry mixture. Stir in raisins.

Step 2Grease muffin pans or line with paper liners. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle confectioners icing over top while still warm.
