moist and delicious blueberry muffins
i found this recipe on the back of a bag of sugar. you don't taste the oatmeal or the orange juice, but they make the muffins so moist, you won't want to stop eating at just one. i hope you will enjoy them as much as my family and friends.

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups blueberries, rinsed
How To Make moist and delicious blueberry muffins

Step 1Preheat at 375 line muffin tins mix together the oatmeal and orange juice and set aside.

Step 2mix oil & eggs until blended, then fold in the oatmeal and orange juice mixture. add the rest of the ingredients and mix until just combined, fold in blueberries(i actually use less then 3 cups).

Step 3fill muffin tins 3/4 full top with a mixture of cinnammon sugar and nuts if desired. bake 20-25 minutes until done.
