Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs, beaten

How To Make mini pecan pie muffins

Step 1

Combine sugar, flour and pecans in a mixing bowl; set aside.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk to combine. Add melted butter to the eggs and mix well. Stir into the flour mixture until just moistened.
Step 3

Spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until muffins are lightly brown. Delicious!
