Ingredients
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon flour
- CAKE
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, softemed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
How To Make mini coffee cake muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

Step 2Crumb Topping

Step 3In small bowl whisk sugars and cinnamon

Step 4Drizzle in melted butter and mix until well combined.

Step 5Stir in flour and mix until completely incorporated.

Step 6Place in refrigerator.

Step 7Muffin

Step 8In a small bowl combine flour and baking powder. Set aside.

Step 9In medium bowl cream together sugar and butter.

Step 10Add egg and vanilla to sugar and mix until well combined.

Step 11Add sour cream and mix well.

Step 12Add half of the flour and stir until mixed. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and stir until mixed. Repeat with remaining flour and milk.

Step 13Pour batter into muffin pan. Top with crumb toppng.

Step 14Bake 15 to 17 minutes.

Step 15Cool 15 minutes in pan.
