Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make maple walnut muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Line muffin pan with baking cups.

Step 3Sift the flour and baking powder together and set aside.

Step 4Cream the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy.

Step 5Add in the maple syrup and the eggs. Beat until well blended.

Step 6Add the flour and milk alternately until well blended.

Step 7Stir in the walnuts.

Step 8Spoon the batter into the muffin pan, filling each about 3/4 full.

Step 9Baker for 20 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 10Cool in pan 30 minutes.
