I MADE THESE FOR BREAKFAST THIS MORNING!!! WANTED SOOMETHING DIFFERENT AND THIS IS WHAT I CAME UP WITH I HOPE YALL ENJOY THEY ARE YUMMY!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 cold biscuits
  • 1 large andys smoked sausage length- diced
  • 3 slices american cheese
  • 3 large eggs-scrambled
  • - all purpose flour
  • - jelly or syurp

How To Make lil.donna's s.e.c biscuit muffins!!!!

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.... LIGHTLY GREASE MUFFIN PAN GO AHEAD AND SCRAMBLED EGGS LIGHTLY (DO NOT COOK EGGS ALL THE WAY)
  • Step 2
    GET A CUTTING BOARD OR USE COUNTER TOP.... LIGHTLY FLOUR THE BOARD AND YOUR HANDS.. NOW FLATTEN YOUR BISQUTIS OUT.. (NOTE:KEEP YOUR HANDS AND BOARD LIGHTLY FLOURED SO BISQUITS DO NOT STICK)
  • Step 3
    NOW TAKE SOMETHING WITH A SMALL ROUND TOP (CUP, KIDS SNACK BOWL) AND CUT A HOLE OUT AND LAY TO THE SIDE..REPAET THIS STEP UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE EVERY BISQUIT (NOTE: WE WILL BE USEING THE HOLES U CUT OUT LATER SO KEEP IN A SAFE,DRY PLACE)

    NOW WITH WHAT IS LEFT OF THE BISQUIT AFTER U CUT A HOLE OUT RESHAPE IT AND LINE THE MUFFIN HOLE (SIDES&BOTTOMS) WITH IT... REPEAT THIS STEP UNTIL ALL ARE DONE...

    NOW ADD A SMALL SPOON OF SCRAMBLED EGGS FIRST THEN DICED SAUSAGE TO EACH MUFFIN BOTTOM...
  • Step 6
    THEN ADD YOUR CHEESE (NOTE IF YOU TAKE YOUR 3 SLICES OF CHEESE AND CUT EACH PIECE INTO FOURTH'S THEY WILL BE PERFECT SIZE, ONLY USE 1 OF THE SQUARES PER MUFFIN)...

    THEN TOP IT OF WITH THE BISQUIT HOLES U CUT OUT...
  • Step 8
    (NOTE: WHEN U PUT THE TOP OF THE BISQUIT ON TUCK IT IN AND DOWN SO IT WILL FORM LIKE A MUFFIN)POP THEM IN THE OVEN AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN...

    NOW PUT ON A PLATE AND SERVE WITH GRAPE JELLY OR SRYUP AND ENJOY!!
