    baking soda

How to Make Jumbo carmel banana muffins


  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar add egg and beat well add bananas & vanilla mix well.Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
  2. Fill jumbo muffin liners 3/4 full bake 350 25-28 mins. Frosting melt 2 Tbsp.margarine in med.pan stir in 1/4 c.packed brown sugar and 1 Tbsp. milk bring to boil cool whisk in 1/2 c. powered sugar drizzle over muffins.
