Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make jumbo carmel banana muffins

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar add egg and beat well add bananas & vanilla mix well.Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.

Step 2Fill jumbo muffin liners 3/4 full bake 350 25-28 mins. Frosting melt 2 Tbsp.margarine in med.pan stir in 1/4 c.packed brown sugar and 1 Tbsp. milk bring to boil cool whisk in 1/2 c. powered sugar drizzle over muffins.
