Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
How To Make honey yogurt muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 3In a saucepan, melt the butter and honey. Let cool slightly.

Step 4In a bowl, sift the flours and baking soda.

Step 5Whisk together yogurt, egg, lemon rind and lemon juice.

Step 6Add the butter and honey to the yogurt mixture.

Step 7Fold the dry ingredients into the yogurt mixture until blended.

Step 8Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full.

Step 9Bake 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
