These cornbread muffins are so tasty you'll find reasons to make and eat them. They're a fantastic addition to brunch. But, just as tasty with a bowl of chili. We love sweetness honey adds to the cornbread.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl mix the first 5 ingredients.
In another bowl mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and honey until well incorporated.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together until just mixed.
Evenly divide the batter into the 12 muffin cups (I use a round ice cream scoop).
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
