Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
How To Make honey cornbread muffins

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix the first five ingredients.

Step 3In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and honey until well incorporated.

Step 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together until just mixed.

Step 5Evenly divide the batter into the 12 muffin cups (I use a round ice cream scoop).

Step 6Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
