How to Make honey cornbread muffins
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl mix the first 5 ingredients. In another bowl mix the milk, eggs, melted butter and honey until well incorporated. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together until just mixed.
- Evenly divide the batter into the 12 muffin cups (I use a round ice cream scoop). Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
