Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
How To Make honey almond muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spray 6 serving muffin pan with cooking spray.

Step 3Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Step 4Whisk egg. Add milk, honey, and butter to the egg and whisk together.

Step 5Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir together until combined.

Step 6Fold in almonds.

Step 7Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.

Step 8Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
