Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cup heart-healthy bisquick mix
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup cooked, diced ham
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make ham and cheese muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray, to prevent sticking. Pour bisquick mix into lg bowl. Make a well in center of mix.

Step 2In another bowl, combine light cream and remaining ingredients. Pour into well of bisquick mix. Stir until just moistened. Spoon into muffin cups, 2/3 full. Bake 12 mins, or until golden.
