How to Make Granola-Oat Muffins
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cups in regular muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine granola, oats, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add to oat mixture and stir to combine.
- Fill muffin cups; top with berries.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool about 30 minutes before removing from pan.
