Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 11/2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

How To Make granola-oat muffins

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cups in regular muffin tin.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, combine granola, oats, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    In another bowl, whisk together, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add to oat mixture and stir to combine.
  • Step 4
    Fill muffin cups; top with berries.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool about 30 minutes before removing from pan.
  • Step 6
    Enjoy!
