Ingredients
- 1 cup granola
- 11/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
How To Make granola-oat muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cups in regular muffin tin.

Step 2In a bowl, combine granola, oats, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon.

Step 3In another bowl, whisk together, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add to oat mixture and stir to combine.

Step 4Fill muffin cups; top with berries.

Step 5Bake for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool about 30 minutes before removing from pan.
