    granola
  • 11/2 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 c
    almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    frozen mixed berries

How to Make Granola-Oat Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cups in regular muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine granola, oats, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add to oat mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Fill muffin cups; top with berries.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool about 30 minutes before removing from pan.
  6. Enjoy!
