Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) melted butter
- 4 - roasted garlic cloves, pureed
How To Make garlic herb corn muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Sift together the first 5 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Step 3Mix in the herbs.

Step 4In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter and garlic.

Step 5Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; pour the eggs mixture in the well. Stir until smooth.

Step 6Fill a well buttered muffin pan two-thirds full.

Step 7Bake for 15-20 minutes or until nicely browned and baked through.
