Garlic Cheese Muffins

Cathy Smith

I swear by garlic, I love garlic in just about everything, wish I could find a good garlic dessert recipe, lol. My family is big into bread, and we have some kind of home made bread 4-6 times a week, biscuits, cornbread, rolls, Soda bread, breadsticks, garlic bread or garlic knots. But this one is a favorite cause it is a lot like the Red lobster biscuits, but it is not quite the same.

How to Make Garlic Cheese Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare pan by greasing or buttering muffin pan or using cupcake liners.
  2. Muffins: Whisk dry ingredients. Then stir in cheese. In a second bowl whisk egg and milk and add to dry ingredients and then stir in melted butter.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
  4. While muffins are bakingm combine butter topping ingredients. Brush muffins with the butter topping as soon as they come out of the oven.
  5. Notes: I use Mortons Natures seasoning instead of plain salt cause it adds more flavor but salt is just fine.
