garlic cheese muffins
I swear by garlic, I love garlic in just about everything, wish I could find a good garlic dessert recipe, lol. My family is big into bread, and we have some kind of home made bread 4-6 times a week, biscuits, cornbread, rolls, Soda bread, breadsticks, garlic bread or garlic knots. But this one is a favorite cause it is a lot like the Red lobster biscuits, but it is not quite the same.

How To Make garlic cheese muffins
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Prepare pan by greasing or buttering muffin pan or using cupcake liners.
-
Step 2Muffins: Whisk dry ingredients. Then stir in cheese. In a second bowl whisk egg and milk and add to dry ingredients and then stir in melted butter.
-
Step 3Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
-
Step 4While muffins are bakingm combine butter topping ingredients. Brush muffins with the butter topping as soon as they come out of the oven.
-
Step 5Notes: I use Mortons Natures seasoning instead of plain salt cause it adds more flavor but salt is just fine.
