Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 11/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large apple, peeled & diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- OR TRY USING PEAR AND DRIED CHERRIES.
How To Make fruit & toasted oat muffin

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with papers.

Step 2Put oats to baking sheet and bake 5 to 8 minutes.

Step 3In a bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger. Whisk until combined.

Step 4Add sugar, butter, milk, egg and vanilla and stir until combined.

Step 5Gently stir in apple and raisins.

Step 6Distribute batter into muffin tin.

Step 7Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes.
