How to Make Fresh Cranberry Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a bowl mix together the sugar and butter until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition.
- In another bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well.
- Add in the nuts and cranberries.
- Pour batter into muffin cups until about 3/4 full.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Cool in pan 15 minutes.
