Very high in fat, but all good fat. We are so focused on lowfat diets we deprive our bodies of the healthy fats we need. Very tasty! Recommended by Dr. Oz for those that have belly fat they want to lose.

Ingredients For egg and cheese muffin

  • 1 sm
    english muffins (whole wheat)
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 slice
    avocado (1/4 of the avocado)
  • 1 slice
    swiss cheese (deli slice)
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 slice
    tomato

How To Make egg and cheese muffin

  • 1
    1)Cook egg anyway you like..poach, or fry in some of the olive oil 2)Toast muffin

    3)Take 1/4 of the avocado, smash until pasty, spread on the english muffin 4)Drizzle remaining oil on the muffin

    5)Top with the egg, cheese, tomato 6)Season as you wish, pepper, etc.
