- 1 small english muffins (whole wheat)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 slice avocado (1/4 of the avocado)
- 1 slice swiss cheese (deli slice)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 slice tomato
How To Make egg and cheese muffin

Step 11)Cook egg anyway you like..poach, or fry in some of the olive oil 2)Toast muffin

Step 23)Take 1/4 of the avocado, smash until pasty, spread on the english muffin 4)Drizzle remaining oil on the muffin
