Ingredients
- 6 ounces yogurt, plain or fruit flavored
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen or chocolate chip ( you choose )
How To Make easy yogurt muffins

Step 1Preheat oven @ 350 degrees ready muffin tin or bread pan. In a bowl mix yogurt, egg, oil, vanilla, and brown sugar until creamy.

Step 2Add dry ingredients, flour. Baking soda and powder, mix well. Pour into muffin cups. Or greased pan. Place in center of oven preheated to 350 degrees.

Step 3Bake for 25 minutes, or untill golden brown. Remove let cool 10 minutes and enjoy.
