How To Make easy sweet muffins

Combine egg, milk, & oil on bowl, mixing well. Add flour & sugar, stirring until moistened. Batter will be lumpy.

Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately.
