1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter,melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup all purpose flour

How To Make easy mini pecan muffins

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray mini muffin cups w/ cooking spray.

Step 2

In bowl, whisk first 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in pecans and flour.
Step 3

Spoon evenly into muffin cups. Bake 12 mins, or until light brown.
