This recipe makes a dense but moist muffins. My kids LOVE to make them on their own.

Ingredients

1 box 18.25 oz yellow cake mix or spice cake mix
1 can 15 oz pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make easy easy pumpkin muffins

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 12 C muffin tin or line w/ paper baking cups.

Step 2

In large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. spoon into muffin cups (equally) and bake 20-25 min or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
