easy blueberry muffins
I got this recipe from my mom about 15 years ago and have been making it ever since. Why?? minimum of ingredients, yummy, and of course -- fast and easy! Great for when you have friends over for coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquit mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - egg beaten
- 1 cup fresh or frozen, drained blueberries
- - sugar for tops
How To Make easy blueberry muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Use vegetable spray to keep muffins from sticking (don't use paper cups as they stick to these) Combine dry ingredients. Make a well and add sour cream and egg. Stir til combined (batter will be stiff). Fold in blueberrie. Scoop 1/4 c. into muffin tins and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 20 minues til brown.
