I got this recipe from my mom about 15 years ago and have been making it ever since. Why?? minimum of ingredients, yummy, and of course -- fast and easy! Great for when you have friends over for coffee.

Ingredients

2 c
bisquit mix
1/3 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
sour cream
1
egg beaten
1 c
fresh or frozen, drained blueberries
sugar for tops

How to Make Easy Blueberry Muffins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 425. Use vegetable spray to keep muffins from sticking (don't use paper cups as they stick to these) Combine dry ingredients. Make a well and add sour cream and egg. Stir til combined (batter will be stiff). Fold in blueberrie. Scoop 1/4 c. into muffin tins and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 20 minues til brown.
