How to Make Easy Blueberry Muffins
- Preheat oven to 425. Use vegetable spray to keep muffins from sticking (don't use paper cups as they stick to these) Combine dry ingredients. Make a well and add sour cream and egg. Stir til combined (batter will be stiff). Fold in blueberrie. Scoop 1/4 c. into muffin tins and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 20 minues til brown.
