Can't get any easier than two ingredients. They are a dence muffin but quite good considering only 2 ingredients. Last night at work I made these with strawberry ice cream. Everyone ate them up. They are a very dence muffin, great for breakfast on the run. Who says you can't have ice cream for breakfast. They do not raise much so fill the muffin cups full.

2 cups self rising flour (don't use all purpose)
2 cups any flavor ice cream

How To Make easiest ever muffins

Step 1

Directions: Beat until smooth and fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. bake on 425 for 20 to 25 minutes

Step 2

Note: try coffee, cherry garcia, choc- peanutbutter, or chunky monkey ice cream
