How to Make Dun-Buttered Muffins
- Pre-heat oven to 350. Lightly spray bottom of 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Combine biscuit mix, butter and sour cream in mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until ingredients come together. Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling cups 2/3 full.
- Bake till golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes then run a sharp knife around the edges. Remove to a platter and serve at once.
- Note: I believe the recipe called for low-fat sour cream and that's what I used the first time I made them. Now I use whatever I have in the fridge. It's all good. :)
