These amazing little muffins come from a Tuscaloosa resturant! This recipe makes a TON but they do freeze well and the batter can stay in the fridge for a month.

Ingredients
- 1 box 15oz box of raisin bran cereal
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon groud cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and then stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Fill MINI muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 2The batter will last about a month in the refrigerator. I'm sure they could be made in large muffin tins, but I've never tried.
