How to Make Cypress Inn Muffins
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Let mixture sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight before baking.
- Bake at 350-degrees for 15 minutes for mini-muffins.
- Batter will keep for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator so you can bake as many as you need every day.
