- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 - eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup shortening,melted
- 2/3 cup thin cream
How To Make cream muffins

Step 1Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder;add the yolks of the eggs, melted shortening and cream, and beat well.Last of all beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.Put into well greased muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
