Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
How To Make cranberry orange muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Line muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 3Mix dry ingredients.

Step 4In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, egg, milk, and oil.

Step 5Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Step 6Mash mandarin oranges. Add to batter.

Step 7Fold in dried cranberries.

Step 8Fill muffin pan 2/3 full.

Step 9Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 10Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to completely cool.
