Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten
How To Make cornbread muffins

Step 1Combine the cornmeal, flour, and sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture.

Step 2Combine the milk and remaining ingredients in another bowl. Add to the well in the dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Do not over stir.

Step 3Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.

Step 4Bake at 500 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the pans immediately and enjoy!
