My small son used to call cupcakes "muffcakes" after he was confused when I gave him a muffin! The name stuck in our family for muffins and cupcakes alike! One day he was distraught to learn that there were no corndogs in the house for lunch so I looked around and pulled this very easy recipe right out of my hat! enjoy~

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
2 tablespoons honey or 1 tblsp sugar
3-4 - hot dogs, sliced

How To Make corn dog muffcakes

Step 1

Mix up corn muffins per instructions on box.

Step 2

add honey and cut up hot dogs.
Step 3

bake as according to box, app 18 to 20 minutes.
Step 4

for something extra you can top with chili!! The kids like them right out of the oven though!!
