Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 box yellow or butter cake mix
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 - eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make corn cakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Wisk until everything is incorporated but be careful not to over mix.

Step 3Spray a muffin tin with butter flavor cooking spray or line with paper liners.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 25-27 minutes.
