I was baking a cake and had some batter left over and decided to make some muffins. I used the batter , coconut and some pecans. They were delicious!!

- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 cups half pecans
- cinnomon

How To Make coconut pecan muffins

Step 1

Mix cake mix according to directions on box

Step 2

add coconut, pecans Mix well. Spoon into muffin pan
Step 3

Sprinkle top with cinnomon Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 mins or until they look done. enjoy!!!
