Made this today March 18 2012-- can you say WINNER-- they are to die for WOW so good. a cross between a cupcake and a muffin-- so its a MUFCUP OR A CUPFIN

Ingredients
- FOR THE CUPCAKES
- 1 box butter flavor cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup oil
- CINNAMON AND SUGAR FOR THE SWIL
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- STREUSEL TOPPINGS
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
How To Make cinnamon roll cupcakes

Step 1Prepare cake mix, set aside

Step 2Combine cinnamon and sugar in small bowl, set aside

Step 3Streusel Topping Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl Melt Butter in microwave Add a small amount of butter at a time, stirring after each addition until the mixture is crumbly

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 5Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners

Step 6Add about 1 tablespoons batter to the cupcake liners

Step 7Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture

Step 8Add more batter {about 1 tablespoons}over the cinnamon/sugar

Step 9Sprinkle on Streusel Topping

Step 10Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Step 11Cool completely

Step 12Glaze Add powdered sugar to a small bowl Slowly add milk until glaze becomes desired consistency Drizzle over cooled cupcakes
