Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup butter (melted & cooled)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon plum muffins

Step 1In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and frothy.

Step 2Add the Half & Half, yogurt, vanilla and melted butter; whisk gently.

Step 3In another mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt & cinnamon.

Step 4Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.

Step 5Gently fold in plum chunks.

Step 6Spoon batter into greased muffin cups; muffin cups should be 3/4 full.

Step 7Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Remove muffins from pan and cool on a wire rack.
