  • 1/2 c
    half & half
  • 1/4 c
    plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    butter (melted & cooled)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How to Make Cinnamon Plum Muffins


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and frothy.
  2. Add the Half & Half, yogurt, vanilla and melted butter; whisk gently.
  3. In another mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt & cinnamon.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
  5. Gently fold in plum chunks.
  6. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups; muffin cups should be 3/4 full.
  7. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Remove muffins from pan and cool on a wire rack.
