Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium ripened bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

How To Make cinnamon banana muffins

  • Step 1
    Beat together in a large bowl softened butter, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and ripe bananas.
  • Step 2
    Mix together in another bowl flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix in a large bowl with the sugar mixture until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Fill large muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
  • Step 4
    While the muffins are cooking, make the topping. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Poke holes in muffin tops. Pour warm topping on top. When cooled, put muffins into a sealed container and enjoy.
