Ingredients
- MUFFIN
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- COATING
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make churro muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Spray 12-count muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3Cream butter and sugars until soft and fluffy.

Step 4Add eggs and beat well.

Step 5Add the sour cream, milk and vanilla; beat until well combined.

Step 6Fold flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon into wet ingredients.

Step 7Divide batter into the muffin pan.

Step 8Bake for 5 minutes at 425 degrees.

Step 9Without opening the oven lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Step 10Let cool in pan for 5 minutes.

Step 11While muffins are cooling. Combine sugar and cinnamon for topping.

Step 12Brush muffins with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
