Ingredients
- - 2 2/3 c flour
- - 1 1/2 c sugar
- - 1 /2 c baking cocoa
- - 1 1/2 t. baking soda
- - 1/2 t. salt
- - 3 eggs
- - 1 c sour cream
- - 1/2 c water
- - 1/2 c milk
- - 1/2 c vegetable oil
- - 1 t. vanilla
- - 1/2 c milk chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate muffins

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the flour,(reserve a handful of flour) sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream, water, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Mix handful of flour and chocolate chips together,fold in chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
