  • 3/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2
  • 1 c
    canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 3/4 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tbsp
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or put paper liners in muffin pan.
  2. Mix sugar, oil, and eggs.
  3. Then add pumpkin and water and mix more.
  4. In a separate bowl mix baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt.
  5. Add to wet mixture, slowly mixing it in.
  6. Then stir in chocolate chips. It is up to you but you can add more or less than 1 cup.
  7. Fill muffin cups, about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake 20 minutes and check.
