Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip pumpkin muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or put paper liners in muffin pan.

Step 2Mix sugar, oil, and eggs.

Step 3Then add pumpkin and water and mix more.

Step 4In a separate bowl mix baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt.

Step 5Add to wet mixture, slowly mixing it in.

Step 6Then stir in chocolate chips. It is up to you but you can add more or less than 1 cup.

Step 7Fill muffin cups, about 3/4 full.

Step 8Bake 20 minutes and check.
