chocolate chip muffins
My family just loves these muffins. Very tasty and filling. Great with a cup of coffee. For a little extra Jazz add Chocaolate chips on top.

Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sour cream (16 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ripe bananas( 2 med)
- 1 package miniature semisweet chocolate chip

Step 1Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

Step 2In a large bowl Sift flour, sugars,baking powder,baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add Chocolate chips and fold gently. In another bowl combine eggs and banana, blend well until creamy. Then add Oil, sour cream and vanilla, until all mixed and creamy. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.

Step 3Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake for 20 mintues or until toothpick comes clean( this will vary). Cool in Pan for 10 mintues before removing from pan.
