Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or freeze-dried chives
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make chive muffins

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

Step 2Combine egg and remaining 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Step 3Spoon batter into a lightly greased muffin pan, filling two-thirds full.

Step 4Bake at 400 for 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 5Remove from pan immediately.
