Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup frozen cherries, thawed and chopped
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- STRUESEL TOPPING
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tablespoons earth's balance butter
How To Make cherry streusel muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Line muffin pan with papers.

Step 3Combine milk, oil and orange juice.

Step 4Shift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 5Add the sugar and stir in the wet ingredients.

Step 6Fold in the cherries.

Step 7Spoon into prepared muffin tin.

Step 8Streusel Topping

Step 9Combine topping ingredients, except butter.

Step 10Mash in butter until mixture is crumbly.

Step 11Top muffin with streusel mixture.

Step 12Bake 20-22 minutes.

Step 13Cool in pan 20 minutes.
