Ingredients
- 12 ounces pillsbury grands
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple jelly
- 3/4 cup chopped ham
- 3/4 cup chopped apple
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cheesy ham & apple cups

Step 1Hear oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.

Step 2Separate biscuit into 2 pieces. Press out into 3 inch round. Press dough into muffin tin.

Step 3Stir sour cream, mustard and jelly together until blended. Stir in ham, apple and cheese. Divide ham mixture among muffin cups.

Step 4Bake 18 to 25 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Serve warm.
