12 Muffins


  • 12 oz
    pillsbury grands
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    apple jelly
  • 3/4 c
    chopped ham
  • 3/4 c
    chopped apple
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Cheesy Ham & Apple Cups


  1. Hear oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. Separate biscuit into 2 pieces. Press out into 3 inch round. Press dough into muffin tin.
  3. Stir sour cream, mustard and jelly together until blended. Stir in ham, apple and cheese. Divide ham mixture among muffin cups.
  4. Bake 18 to 25 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Serve warm.
