Excellent use for leftover ham.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pillsbury grands
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple jelly
  • 3/4 cup chopped ham
  • 3/4 cup chopped apple
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cheesy ham & apple cups

  • Step 1
    Hear oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Separate biscuit into 2 pieces. Press out into 3 inch round. Press dough into muffin tin.
  • Step 3
    Stir sour cream, mustard and jelly together until blended. Stir in ham, apple and cheese. Divide ham mixture among muffin cups.
  • Step 4
    Bake 18 to 25 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Serve warm.
