How to Make Cheesy Ham & Apple Cups
- Hear oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Separate biscuit into 2 pieces. Press out into 3 inch round. Press dough into muffin tin.
- Stir sour cream, mustard and jelly together until blended. Stir in ham, apple and cheese. Divide ham mixture among muffin cups.
- Bake 18 to 25 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Serve warm.
